Getting Started

 Introductions

My goal is to write something at least 3 times a week to start.

My name is Benita but most family and friends call me Bonnie.

My hobbies are Singing, Hiking, Decorating, Pets, Castleville and Job Hunting.

I am a volunteer with Angeles Volunteer Association which works with the Forest Service.

I am a licensed Cosmetologist  looking for a hair-cutting job.

I published two books in 2004 which didn't really sell too well, but it was fun writing about my teen adventures.

I collect things like Pez, Barbies, Rocks, plants, Chihuahua things,Aluminum can tabs.......I think I get that from my Mom who always collected things,and she never threw anything away!

In this blog I will be sharing daily musings as well as talking about Hiking, Singing and other memories.



I am not going to try to write all fancy with big words and my thesaurus is locked away.

Today

Watching old Desperate Housewives on Netflix. I don't have cable TV service but I got hooked
on the show while caregiving my mom in 2009.
